Here are some of the most common questions customers ask before booking their dumpster service.
What size dumpsters do you offer?
Our dump trailer measures about 12 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 4 feet tall overall, with slightly smaller internal dimensions.
That gives you roughly 10–12 cubic yards of space — about the same as 4 pickup truck loads of debris.
It’s large enough for garage cleanouts, remodeling debris, or yard projects, yet still driveway-friendly and easy to maneuver in tight spaces.
What’s included in the price?
Every rental includes delivery, pickup, and 1 ton of dump fees — all built into your flat rate.
We keep things flexible for any project size:
- If your load exceeds 1 ton, no problem — additional weight is prorated at $100 per ton, so you only pay for what’s actually dumped.
- Need more time? Extend for $20/day (up to 14 days total).
- Finishing a large project? After your first load, we offer same-job swaps at a discounted $125 + dump fees ($100/ton prorated) — perfect for multi-load cleanups.
- Need the trailer longer than two weeks? We can provide a customized quote for extended projects.

How much is 1 ton of weight?
One ton equals 2,000 pounds — but here’s what that actually looks like in real life.
Most customers are surprised how much that covers:
🏡 About 4 pickup truck loads of household junk or clutter
🪵 10–15 large trash bags of renovation debris
🌳 A full yard cleanup with branches, soil, or old sod
🪑 Or roughly the contents of an average one-car garage
For most projects, the included 1 ton is plenty.
If you go a little over, extra weight is prorated at $100 per ton, so you only pay for what’s actually dumped. you're done.
Are there any items I can’t put in the dumpster?
Yes — to keep things safe, legal, and eco-friendly, there are a few items that can’t go in the trailer (and a few that have special rules).
Please avoid loading:
🛢 Paint, oils, and hazardous liquids
🔋 Batteries, propane tanks, or fuel containers
🧯 Appliances with refrigerants (fridges, AC units, freezers)
🧱 Concrete, dirt, or roofing shingles without prior approval
🌲 Railroad ties or treated wood — available for disposal at an additional fee
🧪 Chemicals, solvents, or medical waste
If you’re not sure about something, just text or call before loading — we’ll confirm what’s allowed and help you find the right disposal option.
How do you handle payment?
We’ll collect your card information at the time of booking to reserve your delivery, but your card isn’t charged until after pickup and dumping are complete.
Once the load is processed, you’ll receive a dump receipt showing the final weight and any applicable fees (if over 1 ton).
We accept all major credit/debit cards, plus Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, or cash if preferred.
