My Local Dumpster provides dumpster rental and related waste-hauling services. Services may include:

- Drop-off and pick-up of dumpsters

- Additional haul or “swap” services

- Extended rental periods and overage fees, as applicable

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate information and ensure safe and lawful use of our dumpsters.

2. Pricing and Payment

All pricing is provided upfront through our website or direct quote. Payments are securely processed through third-party providers such as Stripe, Zelle or Cash.
Additional charges may apply for:

- Extra weight (beyond included tonnage)

- Extended rental periods

- Overfilled or contaminated loads

Invoices must be paid in full prior to or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. SMS and Email Communication

By submitting your phone number or email, you consent to receive:

- Booking confirmations

- Delivery and pickup updates

- Occasional service reminders or promotional messages

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

Place prohibited or hazardous materials in the dumpster

Exceed the weight limit or fill above the top rail

Move the dumpster after placement

Violate any local ordinances regarding dumpster use

You are responsible for any damage to property or equipment due to misuse or unsafe site conditions.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled drop off time are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Once a dumpster has been delivered, refunds are not guaranteed. Please contact us at [email protected] to discuss cancellation or rescheduling requests.

6. Limitation of Liability

My Local Dumpster is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from service use. We are also not responsible for damage caused by:

- Poor site conditions (e.g., soft ground, overhead obstacles)

- Customer negligence or unauthorized relocation of the dumpster

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be handled in local jurisdiction courts. If a law-suite arrises, the prevailing party is responsible to paying the other parties attorney fees.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
